Design policy: The margins of paper. Strip away decoration and express "the texture of washi" and "quietness" through nothing but the thin strokes of Mincho and generous line spacing. Less a UI than a single sheet of fine paper - About SIWA: A washi product designed by Naoto Fukasawa. The philosophy of cherishing the texture of "wrinkles (shiva)" is embodied on the web through whitespace and thin type.
