Design policy: Place the confectionery photographs as the star, and quietly add text in Mincho. There are no UI widgets; structure is created with rules and whitespace alone - About Tsuruya Yoshinobu: A Kyoto confectioner of over 220 years. The confectionery photographs shot against pale blue and unbleached backgrounds are the site's color itself, and the CSS side holds no color - Density: Low density, catalog-style.
