Self-Disassembling Mechanical Watch 3D Animation

A 3D interactive piece titled "Time, Undone.": a mechanical watch built with WebGPU and WGSL that disassembles layer by layer as you scroll, and keeps ticking while it comes apart. It ships as a single self-contained HTML file with no 3D engine libraries, since all geometry is generated in code. This scroll-driven interactive demo is well suited to screen recording, precision product showcases, and premium brand promotion.
