Night Heron Surfing SVG Vertical Animation

A 2D animation web page drawn with SVG, showing a night heron surfing on waves. The screen recording runs about 15 seconds in vertical, high resolution. It is a variant of the "pelican riding a bicycle" test. The prompt is a single sentence asking for one HTML page. The author feels the result doesn't live up to the hype online, so it works as a baseline reference for a model's SVG capabilities.
